- Promote a responsible culture, prohibiting bribery activities in our operations; promoting the integrity of our collaborators, without fear of retaliation for reporting incidents; counting on an independent authority to exercise the anti-bribery function, and with the establishment of reporting channels and the application of disciplinary measures in the event of non-compliance with this Management policy, principles and values, guaranteeing the authority and independence of the compliance function.
- Comply with the applicable legislation, standards and other requirements signed by the organization of the Integrated Management System to establish necessary prevention measures.
- Guarantee the continuous improvement of performance in our Integrated Management System, periodically reviewing our services, processes and established procedures, ensuring sustainable development, social responsibility and healthy competition.
Our Occupational Health and Safety Management system is compatible with the other management systems of the organization: Quality Management, Environment and Anti-bribery Management.
